Fares Al-Saleh is the Co-Founder of SARD, Head of Programs, and a member of our Senior Management Team. With extensive experience as an Architect and Projects Manager, Fares has worked across a range of nonprofit and humanitarian settings, leading impactful programs focused on emergency response, shelter rehabilitation, and community recovery. He specializes in cash-based, multi-sectoral interventions in crisis contexts and brings a strong technical background in rehabilitation and construction. Fares holds a Master’s degree in Emergency and Resilience and is dedicated to advancing sustainable, community-driven solutions in complex environments.
