Graziella Ito-Pellegri is the Organizational Development and Technical Expert at SARD and a key member of the Senior Management Team. With nearly 30 years of experience in humanitarian and development work, she brings deep expertise in international aid specifically in Emergency Preparedness WASH, Shelter sector, as well as Early recovery response. Graziella currently serves as CEO of SARD Europe and as an Organisation Development and Technical Expert to SARD, where she plays a central role in shaping high-quality, donor-compliant programming in Syria and Türkiye.

Her background includes leadership and advisory roles with organizations such as NRC, GOAL, ICRC, UNICEF. Holding advanced degrees in Water Resource Management, Hydrology, and Applied Geophysics, Graziella is known for her sharp technical insight, dedication to capacity building, and ability to push teams toward excellence. She has worked across diverse contexts including Türkiye, Syria, Kenya, Lebanon, and Sudan, and is fluent in French and English, with strong Spanish proficiency—and is bravely working on her Arabic, one phrase (and cup of coffee) at a time.
